No I should have followed through with my thread comments. I only meant Ive seen him on other boards for over 2 years so personally its hard to believe he would do such a thing. I never dealt with Tranza, but my two cents:
There is a well organized mafia all accross South America, they steal the checks in the mail and cash them. I have many friends down here in Argentina that sued the postal office but never got anything.

Do not prejudge, maybe you can offer him an alternative payment method? or send checks via fedex...

I am lucky cos I share my husbands' bank account and it is not in South America.
