Burning a dvd-r image file
Well i've got nero, someone sent me a dvd in .img format, & i have no clue how to burn it to dvd.
Nero doesn't seem to support the file type. Little help!

rename it to *.ISO

IIRC Nero does burn .IMG file. Recorder -> Burn Image -> Filetype select All or in Filename type *.* then browse to your .img file then burn
