FBsd / Admin Gurus...help

Hopefully this will be an easy question, I have some ollld ass ports on my system, but I need to install this WWW::Mechanize perl module...

someone told me there might be an easier way to install it with cpan....

can you toss me a bone here other than the RTFM ;)

perl -MCPAN -eshell

then just install BLA::BLA at the cpan> shell

I would upgrade perl ... looks like your running an old version then do the mcpan update

TheJimmy hit me up 44-33-144 I can update your ports if freebsd isn't to badly outdated and update your perl and put the module in for you
