OUNIQUE. COM - WTF ? No customer service ?

I hate coming here to get some customer service but hey... What else can I do before asking for a chargeback ?

I bought a couple of videos 2 weeks ago !

My order was processed. I am still waiting for my videos.
( Shipped by CD while all other content providers can FTP them ?! )

1 week later, no content. I Emailed them. No answer.

It's been 2 weeks now. No content, I Emailed them twice since.

NOT EVEN A FUCKING REPLY FROM THEM !

I am very impressed guys !

Now, when will I get my content ?

Yeah, the no videos via FTP thing is so 90's. Don't see how they stay in business.

Hmm. weird. I spent $990 with them on their Feb sale, and I had NP at all getting my content...did you log in and check your order on their site??

Their ICQ # is 137-899-310...you could also call them I suppose.

They're allready in my list. Nobody is ever online on ICQ.
I didn't try to phone them though. I prefer writing as I am not very comfortable having a conversation in english.

Used them for about a year with no problem, but the last few purchases have been less then satisfied. They're now doing things like listing two sets of the same lady but the two sets are of the same shoot only each has every other shutter click. Haven't used them since.

Well, I spoke to them online once, but that was like a year ago. Their service was quick back then.

I also bought a lot of content from them, never content that you say GREAT, but most of it very decent. Never had a problem, but my last purchase was something like 3-4 months ago, so may be they have some probs now.

They have been around for some time, so I wouldn't worry to much if I was you.

Coincidently, http://www.worldwidecontent.com 's customer service improved 100% the same day Don went to work for them

Exactly - you could always find Don on live support and he knew how to look after customers.

Since he's been gone all they seem to have done is jack up their prices.

They are sending Videos out on CD because of Acacia and the download streaming issue I beleive.

I know when my vids came they were all in Quicktime format. So if anyone knows how to convert quicktime to mpg please let me know here
