I have tried emailing CCBill couple of times, even got a troubleticket, but it never got answered, except for that confirmation.

I have a question about the checks and I'd love an answer, rather sooner than later, as the checks keep coming in.

hehehe, it might sound stupid indeed, but yes, it is a problem. The minimum amount on those checks vary from 27$ to 91$ per period, we'd like to change that to 150$ minimum

And, yes... I know we have to make sure we just make more...

Just for the record guys, I'm not anywhere near an icq -- had to leave Phoenix for an emergency and won't be home til this afternoon.

I do apologize that they didn't get it corrected on the trouble ticket tho -- if you could forward that to me -- [email protected] -- I'd be happy to have a look into who dropped the ball when I get back.

KK, no problem.
They did solve the problem the same day, that we figured out, they just forgot to inform me about it.
