Anyone know of a program that will capture stills (pictures) from a video clip?

I dont know, I know there are capture programs for capturing images from a webcam, like webcam32 and such, but I dont know about from a video clip.

"snag it" will take still images from a videoclip
I do seem to have to run it through another program to do so... havent done it in a whilw..will see how the hell I did it and post back. |
