      And the fucked part is it's just tax on SHIPPING, but not handling or insurance.

      So if you deal with people who heavily pad the handling too, odds are alot of people will fraudulently charge you tax on the total shipping + handling + insurance rate & claim that its required by state law.

      I just found out about this while making a purchase from someone trying to do just that.
