I am looking to hire 1-2 very creative and qualified webmasters capable of adult & mainstream development (NO OUTSOURCING COMPANIES).
Applicants should have good experience in front-end programming (HTML/JavaScript/CSS) and an understanding of server side programming (mainly php). Applicant should also have a good understanding in many other aspects of the Adult Internet.
Technical skills required:
Required: HTML/JavaScript/CSS/FTP/SSH
Optional but Preferred: PHP/MySQL (or understanding of their workings)
Creative skills required:
- Advanced Photoshop Knowledge
- Good attention to details
- Advanced knowledge in the process of creating a wide variety of web documents. (galleries, free sites, entry pages, exit pages, and more)
I am looking for people who have put in their dues and have done alot of the ground work on their own. People who have learned the in's and out's of building sites and the work it takes to update and maintain them.
Work ethics:
- Dedicated & hardworking with good turn around times
- Someone who gets along well with others and can interact with the industry
- Interested in growing with the company and not just getting a paycheck
- Capable of working on their own, meeting deadlines & delivering quality every time without the need of someone holding your hand.
- Very organized and trustworthy
- Ability to be an opener and closer when it comes to deal making.
- Ability to take the ball and run with it when I give you the game plan.
