You have a PR4, and are only seeking trades with other PR4 and higher blogs. Now, if you are not accepting trades with blogs that have lower PR than you, what makes you think that anyone with a PR5 (or higher) would want to trade with you?

i have another question about outgoing links and blogs. would it benefit his link trading partners if he put 'ref=nofollow' in front of all of his outgoing gallery links? it's my understanding that PR is divided evenly among all your outgoing links. seems kind of a waste to have it flow out to Free Hosted Galleries that have referral code in them.

Yes, for 2 months I accepted any blog to trade with. Right now I am being a bit picky but if someone has a great blog I'd trade with them.
