    Need cascading for epoch/ccbill built

    I posted a few days ago about an affiliate program with simple needs, but since I didn't find any good prices all I really need is a join page built that can cascade between paycom (epoch) to ccbill if paycom denies the transaction. I'm sure this would be very simple to do. I have the paycom documentation if its needed.

          Its truely all I need. But I dont *trust* myself to do it myself so if anyone wants to program it, I'll pay whatever is needed - $50/hr or whatever.
