Varies.
I have primarily paysites. Some times I will get in a groove and make a couple of week's worth, sometimes 1-2 a week. I prefer making one good solid one or two, and then hitting every place I can to promote it as opposed to making a ton of garbage to submit to garbage.
Good quality one's to some of the heavy hitters are better than a daily TGP fest all week. Just my
