I got an ICQ from Webair Mike a while back and he says...."aye bro i just wantd to tell you that i agree with your views in regards to spam...and we are really cleaning house lately with the mailers...in the past its just hard to keep track of all of it with all the clients we have, but we have hired alot more people to attend to the complaints directly and keep up with them accordingly...I didnt want to start this conversation with you on the boards, but i see that your adament about your views in regards to mailing, so i felt the personal need to let you know that we really have been alot better at addressing problem clients. It should show in our listings as well."
