the hosting companies are making super bank arranging and facilitating servers and hosting for bulk mail. if these dump webair, they'll be up at another host in 24hrs or less. bottom-line, the spoofs will be the downfall in combination with the u.s. connections.

there is nothing you can do to prevent more complaints and the inevitable lawsuits due to the spoofing. it is outside of your control as long as boxes are still reachable there.

from a webair perspective the important question to ask is how does webair keep their legit accounts immune from downtime due to blocking of ip ranges on the mailers?

bet it's 2 late for them to quit... FTC has'm in the cross hairs

we settled with m$ in october and never spoofed anybody before that, during or after. we have plenty of experience in the mail sector to know the game obviously.

also we went almost 2 years on the defense because we would not turn over our customer list or rollover in even the slightest way.
