You know, Carlito, you've got a great point. People are starting to find that they are throwing money away with feeds when they can stock up on good video content, which can be reused at a later time. If you pay monthly fees for a year's worth of feeds, at the end of the year you have nothing. If you spend that money on a good strong base of high quality content, at the end of the year you can recycle it. Chances are after a year there will be enough of a change in your membership that the newbies would not have seen the content yet, and your regular members will see clips they enjoyed before but hadn't seen in a while and still come back.

And you are right, if I opened new paysites tomarrow, they`d have 200 top notch scenes, 500 average scenes, and no feeds, no upsells (only reccomendations), etc.

Exactly Carlito, you're on the right track. And the good thing with our content is that you get screen grabs and sample clips to use on TGPs and affiliates, so not only do you have your own library of content, but you get promo materials to get your traffic rolling in.
