                                  Shit, looking into warranty now, but I don't think "dropping" is covered? LOL I dropped my CD discman dozens of times and it's still fine. I had this fucker for less than a month and shazam i broke it.

                                      i've dropped my iPod a couple times and it's never broke. Never dropped it on concrete or anything so if that's what you did you might wanna try to get it refurbed
