I have a four and a half year old daughter, and if my daughter ever acted like that - in public or at home - I would expect my daughter to be treated in the same way. And there would be hell to pay when my child came home that night.

When police officers are called to a grade school to deal with a five year old, there is something seriously wrong here. This child went on a hour long rampage destroying classroms and offices, breaking things, knocking over furniture, and knocking things off of walls. This child also hit the teacher a number of times - You know, Teachers have rights too.

And if you listen to the very end of the video when the cops come into the room the first thing they say is "what did we tell you last time - we are going to put the cuffs on you". You mean to tell me this wasn't the first time this has happened?

Then factor in the police are well armed. Imagine if this five year old who just destroyed two different rooms and had no problems hitting a teacher attacked a police officer and a gun went off? Oh, there would be hell to pay.

I promised myself when I became a father that my child would be well behaved in public and at home. I had to punish her once, and now all I need to do is raise my voice and she snaps to rather quickly. Every day when my child comes home I ask about how her day was, and in the rare event she got a "time out" at day care the TV is quickly turned off for the rest of the night.

Don't blame this on the teachers (who handled themselves well) or the police; It's not their job to do what their parents clearly aren't.

i dont know about arresting a kid that young but for heaven sakes the child should have been taught to act better for adults and listen

I watched that video and COULD NOT BELIEVE the kid hit that lady. What in the FUCK? When I was a kid, hitting anyone, let alone an adult, was the last thing I'd ever do. I got into fights of course as every kid does with other kids, but never, never, never hit an adult let alone a teacher!



That kid is going to grow up and goto prison.

Fuck, back in my first years of school you'd get your fucking ass whipped with the teacher's pointer (which hurt like hell btw), after which you'd SETTLE THE FUCK DOWN.

And... if you were stupid enough to go home and tell your parents, your mom and dad back then had the balls to spank you again for being a little asshole.

This is what we as a society get when we put so many laws in place that prevent parents and caregivers and teachers from being able to administer discipline. THese two teachers should have called the parents and then kicked that little brat out of school until she can learn to refrain from disrupting everything. Amazing how one kid can ruin it for an entire classful of kids. Amazing.

there are kids and kids if a kid no mather the age can put in danger some other persons live no mather if he's whit, black or any other race they have to do something altought it will be to handcuff a child
