ccbill not reporting rebills
anyone have contact info for someone at ccbill? i'm not up for the generic support@ccbill responses tonight.. i have rebills that were set to rebill on 4/25 and they didnt come in.. the past week has been very very shitty, possibly something wrong with this sub-account, this rebill shit is the nail in coffin.

i'm sure of it, i have rebills set to rebill on 4-25-05 and nothing came in. it is now reporting for 4-26. this is just the icing on a shitty week with this particular account with ccbill.

atleast i am not alone.. i'm tracking these rebills by their member subscription id. conversions fluctuate, i know this.. i'm 1:1000 this past week with an account that does a solid 1:200. i could live with the poor conversions, things pick up, but now rebills arent coming in for the same account.

anyone have contact info?
