i stay up until i'm tired, i get a lot of work done late at night when i dont have people calling me. it really messes up my sleep schedule but i'm used to it.

in a course of mental control they tought me that when we can not sleep is not counting sheeps jumping a fence they said we should close the eyes and concentrate in an imaginary circle imagine us writing the number 1 inside the circle then erasing it and the the 2 and so when erasing the number inside the circle you have to be carefull enough to not erase it you'll see you fall sleep very quickly
