i have repeatedly tried to contact you about uising content from my Mask TV feed. You are not a client but are using my content illegally.

You have my content up on your spoof site www.fantasiesmasked.com.

I am asking you to contact me to explain why my content is in your site without permission.

My lawyers are on standby. I await your reponse. I have no other method of trying to contact you seemingly, other than going to the boards.

if you own arikaaimes.com you can surely get your shit together enough to contact me, and either take the site down, or lease my content, the legal way.

yeah Stuart. This guy has had our content up on the site for some time now. The thing is he doesnt even have a processor attached, so i have not been as veciforous as i would have been if he was actually making money from my content.

How long has it been there for? Perhaps he's trying to build the site's traffic before processing, in which case... doesn't want to pay for the feeds until he's ready to make some $ back at the same time.

Although, that still wouldn't explain why he wouldn't just contact you ahead of time to let you know the intentions and work with you.

Apparantly the site has been there for the better part of a year. It was brought to my attention by a third party. It seemingly is just sitting there doing nothing. In their affiliate program it says coming soon. But its been this way for a year.

It still doesnt explain why he hasnt contacted me, plus asked permission to use the content as teaser content.

until tody, I have never heard from either of you using any means about any content, other than when I have asked you for information on how to get the feeds turned back on.

I have several means of contact including a listed phone number, several e-mails addresses, and a listed ICQ contact, yet this is the first time I have ever heard of any of this.

My partner bought that site as is over a year ago, it has never been launched. My role in any/all of this was to put the site up in preparation for the launch of the program, which has never happened. That tour has been up (to my knowledge) for about 3 moonths, or whenever I switched my server to Webair. I put it up to sell the program. As far as I know, and again, I could be wrong, when that site was purchased, all content in it and on it was legally tansferred to my partner along with several other sites.

Now let me repeat for the sheepsters. I/We, have NEVR been contacted (until today) about any violation of any kind of tort or law concerning the content on that site. In fact, I have the e-mails somewhere where I stated to this company we were interested in getting the feed restarted for that site so I could launch it, yet I never got any kind of replies answering my question.

So, whoever wishes to talk to me about this can hit me up on ICQ or e-mail and I will be happy to point you to the correct people to talk to about the condition of that tour.

I was not aware it was not in service. Last time I was at the office it worked fine. In the last month or so I have left that office, so I have clue what is going on there now.

I would like to thank Bill for removing the tour. This was a misunderstanding, and it has now been resolved amicably. Bill was under the impression our content was sold to him, by a third party. He is now informed of that inaccuracy, and has taken the tour down.
