Seeing as Ibill paid me what they owed I can cross that off my list.

Other than that I got burned by a friend to the tune of $22k when he pocketed the money I gave him for hosting rather than pay the bill. This was when I was just starting out and I guess is one of the reasons I am a very DIY type operator nowadays.

umm total i wouldnt say much, never let people get to deep into you for money and you dont have to worry and if you can avoid that then thats when it gets rough

iBill owes me a little under $14,000. Other than that, I have never been cheated (surprisingly).

I use Cyberage so I NEVER get burned. Their support goes alot farther than just signups and paychecks. You guys should learn that honor means security. Security means profits.

There are a number of affiliate programs that have incompetent staff or marketing/promo materials.

I'm in several industries and believe it or not, the most competent and honorable one by far is the adult industry! I shitteth thee not!

I'm lucky that I made the friendships I have that the pros I know will get on my case if I'm screwing up as they demand professionalism, yet they're there in a heartbeat if I need help with something.

I only do this part-part-time but I make more than most guys because of ONE thing primarily:

I keep in communication with my partners & customers.

I don't expand into every get rich quick scheme either. There are certain people in this business who don't let their mouths write checks that their asses can't cash.

My guys try to keep their word the best they can and I do the same. Sometimes illnesses crop up, natural disasters etc. but being understanding and forgiving is the key.

Keeping relationships like that and you won't get ripped.
