you may have a point there but most people don't mix buca anyway. not sure what i'd mix it with...sprite i guess. buca is mainly loved because it's an 80 proof shot that goes down smooth and doesn't taste like gasoline.

i guess you could mix the black with a little coffee and bailys.

buca black is crossed off my list for shots. very very bad taste.

i agree..i rather like the normal sambuca..it is a tradition amongst my friends. Though, the black stuff is just for mixing. A couple pubs i go to serve it as part of a drink and it is okay but you are right that I couldn't do shots of it.

I hate liqourish but I do like buca, it just goes down so smooth for a shot, and, chicks can handle it.

I worked with a guy and buca on the rocks was his drink. To me thats got to be a rough one if you had one too many.
