            I think that would be pushing the limit.

            You might remember back in the 80's when AutoShack (now AutoZone) had to change their name because of RadioShack went after them.

            I think a McPorn.com domain would be ok but once you start adding spinoffs of their arches and slogans things might get touchy.

            You might get by with it as a parody in a movie or play or something like that, but not a day to day business.
