No. "Yellow Pages" is a trademark, not copyrighted (if it is even still a trademark -- if it's not actively defended, the trademark owner loses their rights).

As a trademark, the hun is not infringing upon the owners rights, because it is a non-competing business.

Anyone who has incorporated a business with a lawyer present should be familiar with this. Of course, I live in Canada, and laws vary from country to country.

I think that would be pushing the limit.

You might remember back in the 80's when AutoShack (now AutoZone) had to change their name because of RadioShack went after them.

I think a McPorn.com domain would be ok but once you start adding spinoffs of their arches and slogans things might get touchy.

You might get by with it as a parody in a movie or play or something like that, but not a day to day business.
