    Decent domain offer?

    Hey

    I just got an offer of 100usd for the domain wt40.com - and I simply wanted to ask the hard judges here, is that a fair offer?

    I bought it to build a toplist, but havent gotten round to it yet, so its just a domain with a few type-ins...nothing else.

              Well...for a toplist it would mean "World Top 40" ...
