I keep buying those $100 hospital lottery tickets where they say the odds of winning something are 1 in 13. (even if it's just a $150 stereo)

Haven't won squat yet. At least it helps out the local hospitals. (supposedly)

There has been a few people in the local area that have won big though, including one family I know that won the dream home. (worth about $600,000 Canadian, which buys you a mansion in this area)

Ya, would never keep it myself. They are usually fully furnished, so I would just strip it of anything good and sell it as soon as possible. I think they usually come with 1 year taxes paid, because they know that most people that would win it would go bankrupt if they had to actually pay the heat, hydro and taxes.
