ARS Version 12 Phase 17 Beta Version 1.237
Give me a break. Cool cars on a splash page don't cover up the pile of confusion that ARS has been for the last couple years.
Go ahead webmasters...built those tours for BYOT. Just don't expect it to exist in a year when they change their mind again and decide to go to version 13 or 14 or 27...fuck it, who can count anymore. I think I will take my business where their is more emphasis on the product and the webmaster and less on the owners toys. ![]()

I agree, just talked to a friend about it, ARS is a great and honest program, but they change things kinda too often.
Programs like Nasty Dollars or Silver Cash don't change anything, while ARS changes things every 6 months.

Best post of the day.
I still don't understand why all these programs do the whole "we just released Blah v7.2!!!!!!!!!" Doesn't create excitement for me, just thoughts of program instability. How about just say "hey, we redesigned our affiliate site, we thought it was time for a change, check it out". That'll do for me |

I'm so angry with ARS. When they dumped all the other sites I sucked it up and promoted the new stuff.. But they're too interested in changing things over there all the fucking time instead of making what they have work.. I don't know how may times the links to HSN have been fucked up.. then they changed it around and sales disappeared... It's been over a year and they should have 52 episodes in their reality sites.. I don't know if they have even half of that. Stop fucking with crap and introducing new stuff that no one really gives a shit about.. Make the stuff you have SELL.. How fucking hard is it to figure that out.

Yeah-
I got screwed over when ARS cancelled BYOT... I started building a site for a gay ebony / thug niche about two months before they cancelled the BYOTs. I was under the impression that things were stable and fine, so I bought a fair amount of content because I had a lot of success when my BYOT was first an AVS site.... So I'm finishing up the tour and promo content, and then I go to ARS to submit and guess what? They had cancelled it two days earlier ugh... |

ARS has made a lot of money for a lot of people in this industry. And that's the bottom line.

I see a lot of doubt here on what the 'new' ARS will bring. The fact of the matter is, its not really that new. Its leveraging the decisions (that were extremely difficult to make) that we made last year and going back to where we were.
I'm not going trying to over promise on this product. I'm not trying to over sell it. We're doing things differently and all in a good and positive way. Change can be good and based upon some of your reactions to the changes we HAD to make last year, which were VERY tough and changed ARS from being near the top to offering a smaller, less diverse product; change is ABSOLUTELY necessary. The first step in the right direction was the addition of 20 niche sites in Oct of last year. This next step is the final phase of that move. We have the ability to cover so many niches and with the proper amount of content. We have added more control for you to decide what works best for YOUR traffic. We're doing it all with the backing that you KNOW you'll be paid and paid well @ $40 per sign up. Many of you think we made a mistake doing what we did. I've tried to fully explain the situation over and over as to why we had to do what we did. That was not a move to try to become better, that was a move to stay solvent and stay in business. Those decisions allowed us to stick around and continue to payout millions of dollars. And there is something you can NEVER argue with, we ALWAYS pay our affiliates!! Now, that said, once we release this product, I'll let that product sell itself. I am confident that its good enough to do so |

Oh and finally, I'm not trying to flaunt my cars. I apologize for those of you that took it that way. However, based upon the car thread I did over a year ago, its 'views' and marketing that I should use to my advantage. That is all I was attempting to do.
Hey, I know of a few accounts that I've purchased cars for as well. In fact, one of those accounts received THREE!!! Escalades from ARS |

Well Mr. De... I couldn't let you be a thread killer.
Just wanted one last bump before I let off.
