Stalker potential rapist/ murderer on the prowl in Melbourne

Ok here is the story
One of my wife?s work friends was traveling home from work recently; she got off the train and was walking to her car, at the station car park. Its dark as its around 7PM, as she gets close to her car, she noticed some guy loitering around another vehicle and looking very suspicious, the woman gets in her car and gets ready to drive off when the guy approaches, he start saying that one of her lights are not working and points to the rear of her car, trying to get her to hop out and take a look. The woman drives off having the sense not to get out; when she arrives home she checks all her light and finds them all to be working fine. Now we have all seen the crime shows on TV and I have no doubt if she had of gotten out of the car she would be in serious trouble. My wife tried to convince her to report this incident to the police however for what ever reason she hasn?t done so as yet. Ok so it?s a couple of days later now and the women is driving to the station in the morning to go to work, she seen the same guy hanging around and looking suspicious again. In my opinion he is now preparing his attack by seeing who is parking their cars where, so he can return at night and have another go. The woman still hasn?t contacted the police however she did try to report it to a worker at the station but anyone that is familiar with the rail system in Victoria will know, that is not easy to do, as with the installation of ticketing machines, the workers are just not there.

One lady by herself cant tell if her tail lights are working properly. its prob her brake light out, she needs a man behind her to watch as she presses the brake.

Smokey I didn?t go into every detail, the lights were checked by her husband, and they were working. There is no way this dude is a Good Samaritan IMO
