Wrecked My Jaguar (pics)

I wrecked my car around 7:30am two days ago and it's going to be written off as totaled. I didn't have full coverage insurance and caused about $14k in damage between my car and the person I hit.

He owned a marble company and I ran into the back of his trailer as I was passing someone in the right lane. My breaks locked up and I slide about 250ft before the collision. His trailer came unattached from his truck and rolled into the woods. I'm ok and my insurance is paying for the mans new tailgate, trailer, broken marble and tools.

If anyone needs php/sql work or even html work, I really need the money. Also, if you know somone who want's to buy this car and use it for parts lmk.

It's sad. We have the very same model and like it! If I lived in the USA I had bought the wheels and engine for spares! We where hit in the rear a while ago and the rear bumper cost $3000!!

get a lawyer right away , you may not be covered , but the city always is..

Go take pictures from the scene, every little bump and crack in the road..

Alot of times the roads are built improperly , and you can sue the city for the damages.

A friend of mine was in an accident like that , wrecked a bmw , totally his fault.. no coverage.. gets a call a few days later from a lawyer asking him to accept FULL payment for the car PLUS expenses. It turns out the corner he went into was built at an improper angle , thus caused many accidents in the past. They didnt have enough money to fix the corner , instead they just pay off anyone who gets in an accident.

holy shit how fast were you going to slide 250 feet brakes locked and still do that kind of damage? i went to a traffic investigation school when i was in the military. to slide 250 feet and still do that kinda damage you had to be going in excess of 100, unless you were on a slippery paved surface. glad you aren't hurt.
