The only song I recall hearing at almost every hockey game is "Rock 'n Roll Part 2" by Gary Glitter. Not sure if that's the song you have in mind though.

As far as Dr. Who, there was a version of the song called Doctorin' the Tardis by The Timelords that combined Dr Who with the Glary Glitter song.

its probably rock n roll pt 2 Alittle trivia Joan Jett's I love Rock n Roll was a remake . The original version was written and performed by Gary glitter. Who was also arrested for being a pedo.
