Did you try and contact them about their checks being no good? I did! I didnt get a reply :(

I just got a wire from Clem last week. Viva le France!

I'd like to know why
 

They are still using the terms from my tags and other wording I use to get good listings on Google...

That is why I wouldn't trust them. I sent them screen caps of the listings and got this crap back from them...

"as you can see we're just a searchengine and we had your site in our
index until it was automatically removed some time ago. There's no need
to threaten us for anything as we do all just have to wait until google
revisits us and updates our result page without your listing."

They have never listed any of my sites and more recent searches have proved they have used more recent pages of mine... boing.nu is used to list Deluxepass sites and that's it !!!

We did have issues over a year ago but our infastrucure has changed and we are pretty solid now. Try it out yourself and you will see.

Yes I did but without a success. Usually Clement is pretty fast but now I don't know what is happening.

I have sent 5 emails, none have been returned, so I guess they have no intention of paying the money they owe people. Shame. Im now removing all there links

Well they still havn't replied to me and many others. Why would you recommend a company who bounces checks to affiliates? Why would you recommend a company who after bouncing a check then doesnt reply to emails from the webmasters they bounced checks on?

I got a bounced check from Clem last week and no reply to 5 emails about it
