Listening to Art Bell/Coast to Coast radio show, I get freaked out when I hear that some civilzations make reference to space ships and different creatures visiting and also that some of the tools and technologies some civilizations like the Mayans used were passed down from aliens...

Great story, it made my day.

"[...] expected to include [...], plus a series of Christian gospels which have been lost for up to 2,000 years."

I'm not religious at all, but I'm dying to read what they may salvage of the believed gospels. They could contain anything.

I'll have to join the choir on this one, although sometimes I feel that the repetitiveness and slant of their WWII material is a bit annoying.

I'm super pumped! I've read all of the remaining complete plays by Sophocles (my favorite) and about 6 partial plays. I can't wait 'till they get more translated!!!

from Oxyrhynchus Papyri to multi-spectral imaging techniques developed from satellite technology to read the papyri .... fragments, preserved between sheets of glass, respond to the infra-red spectrum - ink invisible to the naked eye can be seen and photographed.. this is really cool....New technology applied to ancient history...amazing!
