5 meg down/ 1 meg up Time warner in huntington beach is great and verizon is layin fiber for 100 meg connects at home. my office connects are are all 100 meg from my computer and 12 gigs in the main office to the net. had a gig connect to one of my computers once. Imagine your download comin down at 100MBps
