No doubt you remember about a year ago, the annual report on terrorism came out and the Bush administration trumpeted it as "objective proof" that they were winning their "war on terror". Until they had to admit that the report was wrong, and in fact during that year there were more terrorists attacks than any year since they started doing the reports in 1985. How embarrassing for them.

Well, don't worry about that any more folks. They're going to stop doing the terrorist reports all together. No data showing the rising number of global terrorist attacks = no proof that Bush's "war on terror" is causing more terrorism.

This is one of the most fucked up things I've read in a long time. Of course CNN's 15 hours of strait Michael Jackson coverage is much more important than discussing things like this.
