The term is making Lil John hundreds of millions, but the moron who owns it won't respond to emails or phone calls, and isn't earning a dime off of it.

He couldn't prevent him from using it for a ppc page. He'd have to WIPO him.

You can't develop it, which is why the name is going to have limited value. Additionally, it's jumped the shark, so traffic will decline very rapidly.

i've read that 50 Cent did a little more than $25mil in 2004, and i think he has a lot more ventures going on then Lil' Jon.. although i'd love to see the scan of the article you read.
