He couldn't prevent him from using it for a ppc page. He'd have to WIPO him.

In the meantime, whoever owns it is losing money. Lil John's brand is PERFECT for web sales.

You can't develop it, which is why the name is going to have limited value. Additionally, it's jumped the shark, so traffic will decline very rapidly.

i've read that 50 Cent did a little more than $25mil in 2004, and i think he has a lot more ventures going on then Lil' Jon.. although i'd love to see the scan of the article you read.
