Do you use oscommerce?
Then grab the upgraded who's online module and be prepared to waste many hours staring at it. Far more addictive than stats remote

i used it for like 2 years to run a mainstream car site. Great shit. Straight out of the box it blows but when you add some of the contributions it's the shit.

i also noticed when you don't require user accounts your sales will increase. There's a couple contributions on OsCommerce that allow "Guest" accounts
