I hate snakes. Fucking had rattlers all the time come up on my property in the Valley in LA. My dog ate the head off of one and I killed a few myself.

No, you are not...but not fake the way you think. That snake is not very big.
It's not a kangaroo...probably a kangaroo mouse...size as a rat...look at the ground..leaves, sticks, etc..

How long did it take the snake to eat it? It's amazing that it can actually open its mouth over the animals body like that. Wonder how long it would take for it to digest the kangaroo.

I agree. Once that snake consumes that big of a meal, it can't move for awile. It could get eaten, cooked in the sun, or all kinds of other things.
