I am pretty positive the person who died in the articles is not the person in the video.

Those articles mention a scuffle and the presence of 2 or 3 people involved and one of them being accused of the fatal blow.

The video and the stories do not seem to match.

I can't see why anyone on the vid would die.

Not sure if it's true but the story is that he did die from a blow to the head. It didn't happen in Seattle and the skater is now in jail. That's all second hand info.

It's very true what people are saying. I understand when some skinny businessman is on his way home from work and some 7foot giant starts beating the shit out of someone else. But this little fuckface would of been very easy for an average sized guy, with any fighting experience, to take down (and there are plenty around). You may get smacked on the arms with his board, but there is no way anyone decent would not be able to rush him and take him down hard.
