How Many Times A Week Do You Eat Fast Food? I recently saw Super size me while stranded in Phoenix with Dj Airek(long story) We watched Supersize me and I can honestly say that I will never eat fast food again. I can only imagine how pissed off Mcdonalds must be about this movie. By the way did you notice how they kept showing really demonic morphed images of Ronald Mcdonald ? Fast food is expensive here in France. I mean really expensive. In some McDonalds it's close to 5 bucks for a big mac. (Prices can vary from McDonalds to McDonalds.)

And the line ups at the Mc-Ranks is the same as the grocery store line ups. So I just pop into a grocery store or bakery and buy a baguette with some cheese or meat. Then a small bottle of wine to wash it down with.

I usually sit on a small bench some place on the road, a couple of times I've done it in the metro, and I watch people go past.

I don't know.. maybe I've let Europeans infect me. I've really come to not care for fast food at all.

Oh i'd have to say 1 time every other week.. if it was up to me, never. But when you have kids, its virtually impossible to stay away.. But the best thing i do is just either buy a salad meal, which are actually pretty filling, and yeah do have calories etc.

hey has anyone tried that big damned omlette thing from burger king? i've heard there are like 46 grams of fat in that mother of all greasy pieces of crap you could stuff in your mouth.

Anyways, yeah its either a salad meal, and if i want a burger.. then i get it with a baked potato instead of fries..

I had cut way back before that movie came out, but used to eat at them more. I had some of the same problems he did. Not the destroying my liver and such, nor eating there 3 times a day, but my knees would ache, and I'd feel like shit. After doing my own little experiment cutting it out, I realized the fast food was causing it.

On top of that, something in their ketchup (vinger whatever) always gives me an allergic reaction. I can eat heinz and ketchup at home with no problem, but for some reason, something about fast food ketchup always makes my tongue swell and general discomfort for a couple of hours.

But supersize me is an interesting documentary.
