Domain Question
How long is a domain held in the redemption period before it is released? There is a domain I want to pick up that is held at register.com and expired on Feb. 15.

I would like to inform you that the exact time cannot be specified that how long the domain name will be in the redemption period.

register.com is tricky. I was once trying to pick up a domain which they held for over a year... That was a while back, don't know if things have changed...

Register.com holds the name as long as it takes to sell it to their highest bidder.
Take my word on this and don't give them a dime. |
