Because of the shit you get into when you create trouble.
Gaurds have been known to "accidentally" leave cell doors open so you get late night visitors to correct whatever issues you've been having.

i read about a guy that stole a nr plate of a car and he went to prison. Do you know what the singed when he came in "im a chick you have a dick and im gonna fuck you in the ass"
So i think there are alot of this in prison
