I was eating fast food about 12 times a week before my diet. Thats is more than burger stands though. Pizza, chicken, little non-franchised places..

I've lsot 15 pounds in less than a month by changing what I eat. I still eat one terrible meal a day and am losing weight fast so I must have a high metabolism.
