I just want to know who GFY'ers think is the best PhP Programmer on the net.

I have someone (Alot of people here know but I aint saying names) that needs a full system written.

You will NOT be dealing with me, I am not a part in this at all, I am just looking to recommend someone for him...

He is looking to make a "Portal" type system kind of like a yahoo...

Why PHP ? We have been doing ASPX work (Granted its MS) but its a lot easy to when it comes to developing very large complex systems. I dont want to start a flame war but I have developed 100K+ lines software systmes in C#
