The money that is suppose to be released today isnt coming from Ibill, its another lie. Its the money firstdata held. Ibill wants the credit for the payments being made, you can bet you butt that if the money went through the ibill system they would be putting up a message saying " we are currently experiencing problems, there will a slight delay Check back in 6 months"

i am very anxious to see if this happens...i have friends that are owed a nice chunk of change, and they have been very patient...like most of you all have...

most now in the industry wont trust them again since it has been two times - not too mention how horribly they treated everyone during the process. How can they erase or bring back peoples homes or business's that were lost because of their arrogance and "shell" games.

Completely agree, it's amazing. Yet I found 2 programs just this week which still offer only iBill as their 3rd-party processor...

I don't know, skimming through this thread, it astonishes me that some people might be willing to give them another chance and even more that others are still using iBill products, albeit under a different brand name. Why? Sure there is no guarantee anyone else will not screw up one day, but when there are perfectly good (so far) alternatives, what the heck is the motivation to work with someone who has already behaved as iBill have.

Just curious. I don't know much about the situation. I thought that only Ibill could pay clients because the clients belong to Ibill and not to First Data. Wouldn't it be illegal for First Data to pay clients directly?

If you're owed by Ibill, I wouldn't get your hopes up regardless how promising news sounds until you get your money. My understanding though is that they have been paying EU clients.

Just like the last two pay periods, this is the money from GKard (Visa) transactions. We received a deposit also. Nothing from the FirstData money.

Let's say the new group at IBill actually do pay out all owed monies....I still think their best bet to regain people they've lost (read: everyone) is to start with a new name and new look. :2 cents:

Not even close! It appeared iBill was trying to get their shit together and the word was on April 15th we would be paid a portion of the monies owed. I didn't receive a single cent and not one word was uttered by iBill as to why or what to expect. Same ole shit and it's getting old!

Called Ibill once again this AM and talked to client services since nobody in client management would pick up the phone. Client services told me that they didn't know anything about FD releasing funds last friday as was stated on some articles posted to a couple of webmaster boards and that the only thing they knew was that the money was going to be released by the end of the month. I asked for a way to get in touch with FD to ask them directly and client services said that there is no direct way to contact them since Ibill was thier client and not the webmasters. I had client services take down my number to have someone in management call me. So again.... we wait.

They posted press releases all over the place, so if they don't pay this time around it will only hurt them more in lawsuits.

they could have spent the $21 million on laundering the money and starting a new processing company. the only reason they're paying out must be because someone tracked them down.

I spoke to IBILL yesterday, because this is what i heard also. They told me that the 15th is not true that the FD money will be released by the end of the month, and it depends on when you accepted you agreement. what it seems like is the payments are going out in stages, so depending on when you agreed to the amount owed and accepted their terms depends on which day you will recieve your payment. But they said it will all be paid by the end of the month. I accepeted it the day before they even emailed everyone about it, so i should be in the first stage, i will inform you all if and when i get anyting.

Yeah thats what Ibill keeps saying on the phone to me too.... but it's hard to believe that both webmaster boards ( or any of them) would write articles about Ibill saying FD will release the money on the 15th and be paid by early the following week just for kicks. I believe that Ibill did say all of it and probubly said it in hopes that people would get excited and sign the agreements. So far I have only heard of one person signing (theres most likely many more). I personally was waiting to see how this panned out.... not good.
