this is my second and last stupid new guy question(you are allowed 2 right?)
Anyway, while checking out many of these boards and looking at my stats I am realizing that I don't know a whole lot about getting traffic (trades, scripts, ect) but I have noticed that alot of people sell 3d animated porn content. Do you guys(I am originally from MN and "guys" = guys and gals) think I would have a better chance selling content or am I better off doing this on my own and selling sponsor programs(once I take your advice from my last post)? If selling content is the way to go, do people broker it off to content providers or do they usually sell it themselves? Again here is a very quick example of the kind of stuff I do ( the stuff I am working on is alot more involved--this is just a quick little thing I did) http://www.the26.com/terror.html

I know photographers who do both. Sell it themselves directly, and also sell to other providers. The problem with selling your stuff to other providers though, is that it doesn't take long before your pics are all over the place and badly overused. They get outdated and old much faster.

If I was going to shoot and sell content, I would set up a site from which to operate, and sell strictly to webmasters, not other content providers. But that's just me, and I don't shoot content, so my opinion probably isn't worth much here on this subject.

Anyway, think about this, that layout sucks but the stupid flash anim idea can work.

You could build up surfer confidence on those things, then they will click any link you want.. .

"layout sucks" ---yeah I know, I wish I had more time to do everything. Do people ever team up to do porn sites? if so where do you find them? or should I hire someone to help me out?

I know people don't do stuff for free, but in other businesses people team up who have different strengths to create a strong company. I was just thinking if I could find somebody who really knows layout and how traffic works that it would make a good team up. joecartoon is incredibly popular and I be willing to bet something like that would work well for porn, if it was done correctly. I also noticed that alot of the porn flash games out there are just regular games(pong) with a picture of a naked chick behind it. I can do alot cooler stuff than that. anyway-just a thought
