If you do own the plural of thumbzilla I would suggest giving it to the OWNER (I know, I'm not supposed to use REAL names here) of Thumbzilla. He has HUGE fnancial resourses, an aggrement with the owners of Godzilla (MASSIVE UNLIMITED financial resourses) and a TRADEMARK which means you WILL loose in court. Don't fool yourself - You will get sued. And you will loose.
Domaign name cybersquatting is something that will only lead to doom - and now Thumbzilla knows just how much money to sue you for thanks to this board. Think of it like this - you arn't capable of getting any traffic yourself other then by stealing it and you're making $5k/month off the scraps of someone who knows how to get more traffic than you can even dream of. You are out of you league - I suggest bailing out now and begging Thumbzilla's forgiveness, or it will cost you dearly. |

You people are not understanding what I am saying. Cybersquatting is ripping off other peoples' work and it is most definitely against federal law. Period. I don't think I can put it any plainer than that. This DirtySanchez character apparently doesn't get it and I don't give a damn whether his small mind does or not. But I have decided to send lawyers after the scumbag leeches who are cybersquatting my site and my domain. They have no right ethically or legally to do it, and I am going to put a stop to it. DirtySanchez, you seem to be having a lot of fun with it...but if you are cybersquatting my site, then you are about to find out you have made a big mistake. I told you to email me. You did not email me. You put me down, you insulted me, and you laughed about it. This made me all the more determined to sue these low life cybersquatters for every penny they have and to shut their asses down big time, and to take those domains away from them. I will have the law behind me and there won't be a damn thing they will be able to do about it. What they are doing is wrong, it is unethical, and it is against federal law. Very fucking simple. You think you can get away with registering a domain name by adding an "s" or making any slight change in the spelling of a domain name and it will be okay? Maybe you didn't check out that link I posted for you...the one to the article about that big time cybersquatter. Well he lost. And it cost him a fucking fortune. Try this, bozo: register the domain name yahoos.com, or cocacolas.com, or al4as.com, or thehuns.net. Or try registering yaho.com, or cocacolo.com, or al4e.com. It's the same damn thing. It is against the law. It is cybersquatting. They will shut your ass down so fast your head will spin. Have I put this in simple enough terms for you to understand it, Steven Seagal Sanchez? If you are the lame-brained asshole who registered thumbzillas.com, then you have pissed me off big time and I am coming after you. Got it? Comprende? There is only one damn way you can fix this now. You email me. You have my email address. Everyone does. You can either transfer to me the domain names that you are using to cybersquat my site or if you want a fight then I will legally get your registrar to transfer them to me AND I will sue your thieving ass for every penny I can squeeze out of you. The difference between you and me is that you think it is funny to fuck over and steal from your fellow adult webmasters (who you like to call your brothers)...I don't. Equinox...thanks :-) And I am Zilla, and as most people who frequent these boards know, it is extremely rare that I ever get on one of them. Someone sent me an email about what this DirtySanchez fool was doing, and that is why I visited this board.
If anything, this little experience has made me more determined than ever to go after people who are cybersquatting on Thumbzilla. I worked very hard to build that site, and I resent people stealing from me. This person doing the DirtySanchez thing is obviously a jerk in the truest sense of the word. He is, in a word, a thief. But who cares. He is dim-witted and it is easy to see he is strongly lacking in character. That's his problem. He thinks cybersquatting is cool? Well if he actually is cybersquatting, I hope he he gets sued so bad he loses everything he has. That is the only way someone like him will learn. And if he actually is the person who is cybersquatting my site, he is about to have all kinds of fun. And on that, I will say "Goodnight" ;-) |

i sympathize with you man you have always been a straight shooter and a great friend when you were with us in the TL's but we've had that same thing happen here before, like with MrPananma who was/is using freehun.com as his domain it's been a month since he said that he was going to remove that domain and guess what, it's still there but i think the hun has the right approach to dealing with this serious problem if there's anything i can do to help, just let me know |
