    NEWS: Cops target kid porn defense witness

    (June 27) A former Ohio prosecutor turned digital imaging expert who's been condemned by police and prosecutors for serving as an expert defense witness in child pornography cases was detained by police on Friday as his car and home were searched. "What it's saying is that any person wanting to help the defense in one of these cases is now being targeted by the government," said Dean Boland's attorney.

          The fact the guy was let go and only questioned pretty much proves this was nothing but harassment IMO. If they had anything on the guy, he would be in jail right now.

              Kinda fucked up situation... Equally... If you openly report CP (not anonymously), you will get your shit seazed and they will look for CP... Now... unless you erase the drive and rewrite it about 35 times with some bullshit algorythm, they will find it... So now you go from informant who helped protect kids to a registered sex offender...

                  Makes you wonder how far the government will go. They watched him defend cases knowing he had to posses materials that could incriminate himself.

                  Fucked up really. Fucked up that he defended those sort of cases, but fucked that he has been targetted like that.
