How do the programs get the GOOD marketing minds?
I always wondered this. It seems that they'd have to cut them a very sweet deal (Percentage AND Salary). I consider myself a marketing moron and can't imagine giving out my ideas to people for only a salary.

Usually it'd be an individual who can figure out things on their own, and aren't entrepreneurial who'd rather sell their services for a salary, and then look for work / put themselves out there. That's what I imagine anyhow..
