For fucks sakes people, the US and Europe are big places. Both have extremely expensive places (London & New York) and both have relatively cheap places (Ohio or Lithuania).

I live in north carolina ... redneck country ... all you need here is a 1968 van and a laptop ... the campgrounds have internet connections here so you can live comfortably on 100 a week if you have a fishing pole and don't mind the outdoors.

If you need to ask then forget London.... and probably the big US cities as well

Choose one of the Northern UK towns...... you will still learn English (sort of) and will half your expenses
