Here's what I drive now:
2000 VW GTI ... it's got the v6 in it so it hauls pretty well .. plus got all those neat little appointments in it... all the same options that the 540 BMW has less the heated stearing wheel Here's what I'm on the waiting List for tho: 2002 bmw M3 333 bhp inline 6 0-60 in 4.5 sec, .92g skidpad soooo obsessed. ------------------ -TaDoW I'm really not anyone important... |

![]() I also took out the slk, the tt (i did want to look at everything) and a z3 roadster (non-m version). not much comparison (although suprisingly i came away liking the slk - not a real sports car, but still a very nice convertible). |

The M-3 is sweet, Tadow...pulls the same G's on the skidpad as the S-2000 but no convertible
The 0-60 is impressive though. |

For sure...the shifter is slick as hell. I came out of a Prelude (which wasn't too shabby) but this thing is like sex.
Check out the blower kit for it...drops the torque peak down to 6800 RPM and the HP peak up to 8700...340 at the crank when you're done ![]() |

actually .. they have a convertible model of it, but it's $7k more I dig the S2k .. I'm extremely impressed with honda's ability to finally come out with a car that they've always been capable of. my first 2 cars were preludes and I loved them both to death. I couldn't stand the fact though, that if I was at a stop light and some fuck in a cadillac wanted to get in front of me there was nothing I could do about it =P I'll tell ya .. VW had a great thing going with the 2000/01 GTI and if they wouldn't have fucked the suspension, it would've been a keeper for life, but I can't stand how lofty the thing is, and with that much power, it's nice to have the added control of a nice tight ride. Back to the honda tho .. I admired the fact that they pulled so fuckin much out of a 4 cylinder car, and I think that admiration carried over to the m3 .. 333 hp out of a 3.2L 6 cylinder is unreal... plus the torque is like 270lb.ft. ... AND even better .. it's naturally aspired, so you won't spend 9 out of 10 months with your car's turbo/super being fixed =P fuck the S4 hehehe. ------------------ -TaDoW I'm really not anyone important...
